MSM (Men having sex with men) is a clear risk group for Hypersexual disorder. ___________________________________________________________
Hypersexual Disorder - අධිලිංගිකත්වය
A. Over a period of at least 6 months, recurrent and intense sexual fantasies, sexual urges, and sexual behavior in association with four or more of the following five criteria:
(1) Excessive time is consumed by sexual fantasies and urges, and by planning for and engaging in sexual behavior
- ලිංගික ආශාවන් මුදුන් පත් කරගැනීම, ලිංගික කටයුතු වල යෙදීම සහ සැලසුම් කිරීම සඳහා අධික ලෙස කාලය වැය කිරීම.
(2) Repetitively engaging in these sexual fantasies, urges, and behavior in response to dysphoric mood states (e.g., anxiety, depression, boredom, irritability)
- අසහනය, විශාධය, කාංසා හිස්ටීරියාව, පාළුව ඇති අවස්ථාවන් සමනය කිරිම සඳහා අධික ලෙස ලිංගිකව හැසිරීම, ලිංගික කටයුතු වල යෙදීම, ස්වයං වින්දනය, මනෝ ලෝකයන්හි නිමග්න වීම.
(3) Repetitively engaging in sexual fantasies, urges, and behavior in response to stressful life events
- කම්පනකාරී අවස්ථාවන්හිදී අධික ලෙස ලිංගිකව හැසිරීම, ලිංගික කටයුතු වල යෙදීම, ස්වයං වින්දනය, මනෝ ලෝකයන්හි නිමග්න වීම.
(4) Repetitive but unsuccessful efforts to control or significantly reduce these sexual fantasies, urges, and behavior
- අධික ලෙස ලිංගිකව හැසිරීම, ස්වයං වින්දනය, මනෝ ලෝකයන්හි නිමග්න සහ ලිංගික කටයුතු වල යෙදීම යන කාරණා පාලනය කිරීමට ගන්නා අසාර්ථක උත්සාහයන්.
(5) Repetitively engaging in sexual behavior while disregarding the risk for physical or emotional harm to self or others
- තමන්ගේ හෝ අනුන්ගේ මානසික සහ ශාරීරික සුවතාවය නොසලකා ලිංගික කටයුතු වල යෙදීම.
B. There is clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational or other important areas of functioning associated with the frequency and intensity of these sexual fantasies, urges, and behavior.
- අධික ලෙස ලිංගික කටයුතු වල නිමග්න වීම නිසා ඇතිවන මානසික අවපීඩනය, සමතුලිතතාවය සහ සමාජයීය සුවතාවයට බලපෑම් ඇතිවීම.
C. These sexual fantasies, urges, and behavior are not due to direct physiological effects of exogenous substances (e.g., drugs of abuse or medications), a co-occurring general medical condition or to Manic Episodes.

D. The individual is at least 18 years of age.Specify if:
- Masturbation

- Sexual Behavior With Consenting Adults
- අනොන්‍ය කැමැත්ත ඇතිව සිදුවන ලිංගික කටයුතු
- Cybersex
- අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා සිදුවන ලිංගික කටයුතු
- Telephone Sex
- දුරකථනය හරහා සිදුවන ලිංගික කටයුතු
- Adult Entertainment Venues/Clubs
- ලිංගික ආශාවන් සන්තර්පණය සඳහා වෙන්වුණු සමාජ ආශ්‍රයන්
